My fiance and I often came to Enniskillen on weekend breaks. I decided one weekend I'd look in bridal shops in the area and found Satin And Romance. After Karol picked out several dresses I found the best one and low and behold when I got home I realised I had a picture of the exact dress in a scrapbook of favourites. Fate or what. Out of all the shops I'd been to this was my favourite. I have no problem recommending Satin and Romance as I was well looked after and my dress came in good time.

At a local bridal fayre I saw the dress I thought I wanted at Satin and Romance. I went there to try it on and unfortunetly it didnt suit. However after trying a selection I found my dream dress, and bridesmaids. Without Karols help and guidance I wouldn't have found it. Thanks again.

Karol was very helpful and when I came to try on dresses pulled out some lovely ones. The dress I ended up with was absolutely great on my figure and made me look a size smaller. It had a tie back which I was worried about, as I was afraid and so were the bridesmaids that we'd tie it up wrong....so Karol offered to come and tie me into it the morning of the wedding. I enjoyed wearing the dress more knowing it was done right. The shop is lovely and Karol has a good knowledge of bridal wear and what goes. Also the prices were reasonable.

I was at the end of my tether before I came to Satin and Romance. I couldn't seem to find dresses I liked in shops and had bought loads of magazines. I came to Karol with pictures I had kept from magazines of dresses to give her an idea of what I was looking for. She pulled out a dress which was along the same line. My mum and I were delighted. The dress was ordered and I could then focus on other things. Unfortunetly my grandmother was ill and we knew she wouldn't make it for the wedding the following year. She wasn't well enough to come to Enniskillen to see the sample so Karol very kindly let us take the sample home. To me this is what personal service is all about. Its going beyond the call of duty.....and I think in this instance its fair to say Karol did that. Thank you again.

I was treated very well by Satin and Romance. I explained to Karol that I was on a budget and she really worked with me in terms of price. She let me borrow something from the shop, (can't say what it is or everyone would expect the same to be lent to them, it was a one off cause of my situation) which I know she doesn't usually do but she could see I really wanted it to go with my dress and wanted me to be happy. I have 4 kids and Karol being a mum herself doesn't mind kids in the shop which is important as some shops I was in don't allow kids. Getting a babysitter wasn't always easy. I really would like to recommend Satin and Romance.

Just a note about my experience with Satin and Romance......before I went there my dad who wasn't too well at the time said to me....'don't get anything plain, blow me away'......as soon as I entered the bridal room there was this gold dress with a layered hanker-chief skirt, on a maniquin. I loved it straight away and wouldn't try anything else on. I did go to a few shops to be sure and it couldn't be beaten. Karol was very good and easy to work with. Great at putting finishing touches, ie the tiara, shoes, veil etc together too. My dress was so different and my guests thought so to. Dad loved it and I made him proud.

I didn't want to try too many shops as I am not fond of shopping at the best of times. I went to a shop which I was very disappointed with. They had nothing to fit me and my mum felt deflated too. We rang direct enquiries to get the number to ask if we could come to Satin and Romance. Karol took us straight away. My mum told Karol the situation, and she put her arms around my mum and said dont worry, we'll get it sorted. An hour or so later bridal dress and bridesmaids were ordered. Everything came in right and in time for alterations etc. We were treated well and felt Karol knew what to do, and guided us all the way. The bill was softer than it would have been in the other shop I should also mention.

I am a plus size girl, and out of all the shops I'd been to Satin and Romance had the most for me to try on. I went and had a think and came back and booked my dress. I did get my bridesmaids in another shop. A bit of a nightmare happened........6 weeks before the wedding I was told the bridesmaids dresses were not going to be in on time. I rang Karol straight away and she told me to come up with the swatch of fabric colour to see if any of her companies could do the same shade. It couldnt be changed cause the invites, mens suits, flowers were built around this colour. Karol had 2 bridesmaids companies which had almost exactly the same shade, so she rang them to see if they had any dresses in the sizes and colour in stock. She got a reply then showed me the choices in a catalogue. She did save us and I should have just ordered bridesmaids off her in the first place. Karol will go out of her way for you and anyone who says different can contact me......Fiona.

I made the horrible mistake of booking my dress and bridesmaids form a shop in Fermanagh. (It went bust since this). The owner of the shop was crazy....I ordered my dress and b.maids 8 months before my wedding. One month before and the dresses were still not in. The owner when I would ring told me to wise up and stop panicking....it was ages before the wedding and she would ring me when all came in. Taking no chances I rang Satin and Romance. The owner Karol invited me in straight away and we took a look through her rails. There was one similar to mine and we had until the next day to ring the company to see if they'd have my size or the next size up. They had the next size up and I felt so relieved to have a dress. The other ironic thing was one of my bridesmaids was pregnant and needed 2 sizes bigger that the dress ordered in the original shop......so it was a blessing in disguise we went to Satin and Romance to get the right size, if I'd have got the bridesmaids in the other shop and it a month before the wedding it would have been far too small and too late to do anything about it. I never got my deposit back, but the dresses I ordered with Karol ended up being less of a bill anyhow...it all balanced out money wise. She saved my bacon. She is a good person when you are in a pickle. And I have sent many people to her since!

I came to Satin and Romance 6 weeks before my Las Vegas wedding, and had everything within 2 hours. Dress, veil, tiara, necklace and shoes.
